Orders are processed within 5 working days after payment confirmation. After that, delivery can be expected within 5-7 working days following an email confirmation for your order with delivery details.
DHL will provide you with a tracking number and will give you all the delivery details, including delivery date and time estimate.
Delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of WELNERE. These interruptions include, but are not limited to, delays caused by the transportation system, shipping carrier or processing of cardholder's credit/debit card.
Delivery delays due to service interruptions or inclement weather conditions are not the responsibility of WELNERE or the carrier.

We offer free international shipping on orders over $150 CAD. A fixed shipping fee of $30 CAD will be applied at checkout on orders less than $150 CAD.
Yes! When prompted for the billing address, fill out the address associated with the credit card used to make your purchase, then fill out shipping information to the address you wish to send your order to.
Unfortunately not. Our carrier DHL does not deliver to P.O. boxes.
For any issues with your billing or shipping address please send us an email at email@example.com to correct your information. If your order has already shipped we will need to update your address with the carrier. We recommend reviewing your order confirmation email after placing your order to ensure all information is accurate before your order ships.
If you received an incorrect item or size please reach out by email at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning your order.
You can only cancel items or orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet. Afterwards, in case of cancelation you will have to go through the Return procedure mentioned above.
Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns on regular priced items within 10 days of delivery.
Final sale items, items on sale and discounted items cannot be returned nor exchanged.
You must take reasonable care of all goods in your possession and return them to us unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. They must be returned in their original packaging and in original condition, with the tags still attached. If these conditions are not respected, the returns are ineligible for refund.
Any returns received after 10 days from the delivery date are ineligible for refund.

When returning item, please print order confirmation and put it in the Parcel/Package. Order Confirmation can be found in your “order history” on the website or in your order confirmation email.
Also, please send us a handwritten note indicating what item(s) you’re sending back and the reason for the return. Be sure to include the note with your return items along with the order confirmation.
Kindly save your tracking number for your return shipment.
All returns must be made with DHL.
Shipping charges are paid by the customer and are non-refundable. Your original order shipping costs are non-refundable. Only the items will be refunded.
Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.
The return of the items is your responsibility, if any problem occurs during return delivery WELNERE is not held responsible.

Sorry, we are unable to process exchanges due to producing limited-edition items. If you would like to exchange something for a different item, size or color, please return the original item(s) within 10 days from delivery for a full refund and place a new order.
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your refund to be processed and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We’ll send you an email when we process your refund so you know it’s on the way.
Note: Any returns received after 10 days from the delivery date or/and showing that have been worn are ineligible for refund.
